Who we are

EverydayCreatives is a design and development studio based in Nottingham, England, founded in 2022 and run by Ethan Kendle. We are the data controller for the information described on this page. You can reach us at hello@everydaycreatives.uk or on +44 7752 829247.

What we collect when you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in, an optional budget band and timescale, and a description of your project. We collect it for one reason: to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to quote and deliver the work.

The form is processed by FormSubmit, which forwards the message to our inbox. Enquiries live in our email account and, where a project starts, in our project records. We keep enquiries for two years from the last contact, then delete them. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest, since you contacted us about work and we reply. Once a project begins, it is performance of a contract.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies at all until you accept them. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are worth keeping and which are not. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address in truncated form, along with pages viewed and rough location.

If you decline, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. The only thing stored is a single entry in your browser's local storage recording your choice, so we do not ask again on every page. You can change your mind by clearing your browser storage for this site, which brings the banner back.

We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Other services this site touches

Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request. Some pages link out to WhatsApp for enquiries; following that link hands you over to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers process requests and keep short-lived operational logs.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Email hello@everydaycreatives.uk and we will deal with it within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the cookie banner.
