The brief

DYAD Architects is a Nottingham-based practice. They needed renders for a multimillion-pound predevelopment project at Mount Street — the kind of visuals that help planners, stakeholders, and investors understand what the finished development will actually look like.

These are high-stakes presentations. The visuals have to be clear enough for planning conversations and compelling enough to get people behind the project.

What I did

I produced photorealistic architectural renders, but treated them differently from standard architectural renders output. These were given a lifestyle, editorial quality — more like high-end photography than typical CGI. The goal was visuals that felt real and aspirational, not cold and technical.

The final set gave DYAD Architects a strong visual package for presentations and project-stage discussions. Clear enough for planning. Premium enough to build confidence.
