The problem

Naked Kitchens designs and builds fully bespoke kitchens. Every one is different — different layouts, colourways, worktops, appliances, handles. Their sales team needed photorealistic visuals to show clients what their kitchen would look like before it was built. Not marketing assets. Sales tools. The kind that help close five-figure decisions.

They needed someone who could keep up. 24–48 hour turnaround. Photorealistic quality that's indistinguishable from photography. And every detail had to be right — the exact proprietary paint colour, the correct Neff oven, the right Quooker tap, the specific Armac Martin handles, LEDs under shelves and inside glazed cabinets. No room for "close enough."

What I built

I built a full production ecosystem to make that turnaround repeatable and consistent.

That started with a pre-built material library — all 32+ of Naked Kitchens' proprietary paint colours extracted and catalogued as accurate KeyShot materials. Shades like Brancaster Blue, Mussel, Swallowtail — each matched precisely to spec. Custom worktop textures, tile materials, and sourced appliance models sit alongside them, ready to drop in.

CAD files from their design team run through an automated conversion pipeline so I can get into the render workflow with minimal manual setup. Once renders are done, they go straight into branded InDesign templates — consistent client-facing output, print-ready and web-ready in one pass. Revisions are built into the process from day one.

What this actually looks like

A typical brief might be a kitchen with Brancaster Blue cabinetry, Mussel pink handle backings, Swallowtail yellow interior shelving, brass pot rails, an Inopera Cocktail worktop, LED strip lighting under floating shelves, a warming drawer under the oven stack, and glazed wall cabinets. Every single element specified. Every single element accurately reproduced.

Multiple camera angles per kitchen — hero shots for marketing, detail shots for client sign-off, overviews for planning. The sales team gets what they need within days of a design being finalised, and the quality never drops.
